Do you have batting cages?

Yes we do, but they are not open to the general public.  We do have some open training times and our very popular live batting practice and bullpen sessions.  Check the schedule for availability.

How do I get started?

It depends on which program you are interested in doing.  With our Athletic throwing and pitching programs, we start with an evaluation.  You can join these programs at any time, so the evaluation allows us to determine your specific needs and goals.  If you are interested in one-on-one lessons, then you would start by filling out the application, sending it to us.  We will contact you to schedule an evaluation.  Our other programs don’t require an evaluation. You can sign up for those directly online by clicking on the appropriate link. Also, if your son is 9 and under and you are interested in our Junior Player or Doubleday programs then an evaluation is not required.  If you are not sure which program is best for your son, contact us and we will help you make that determination

Do I need to have an evaluation?

Yes, if you are interested in one-on-one lessons, the Athletic Throwing or Pitching Programs.  If you are not sure, contact us and we will help you decide.

Why do I need an evaluation?

Our evaluation helps us determine which your specific needs and your goals.  We establish a baseline during the evaluation which helps in defining which path you should take.

How many sessions should I do/how often should I come?

We have found that those that come 3-4 times per week to our Athletic Throwing, Athletic Pitching or Summer Programs have the greatest gains in their performance measures, however, you can benefit from coming to the classes 1-2x per week.  You should plan to come at least once per week.  The key to any training program is to have a regular schedule of workouts.  You don’t need to come on the same day(s) each week, but the same frequency is best. The less you come each week, the more work you need to do on your own.

How long are my sessions good for?

Each of the programs and packages are good for 3 months from the date of your first visit (unless they have a specified start and end time like our hitting programs).  You should purchase the amount of sessions that plan to attend over the 3 month period.  There will be no refund for unused sessions.

What if my child can’t attend a session that I have signed them up for?

You have up to 3 hours before a session starts to cancel without issue.  If you cancel within the 3 hour window, you will be charged for your session unless someone can be found to fill your spot.

What is a package and how does it work?

We have several packages.  A package is simply a combination of our different programs.  For example, our Athletic Pitching Package is a combination of our Athletic Throwing Program and our Pitching Program.  Another example is our Athletic Hitting Package which combines our Athletic Development with our Hitting Program.  This allows you to put together a “package” that works best for your child.

How large are the classes?

It depends on the class and what we are trying to accomplish.  Our skill based classes will be smaller so that we can provide the proper amount of attention for each player.

Do I have to pay in full?

No, we have convenient payment plans for most of our programs.

Do you rent to teams?
