About

As a collegiate/high school athlete your responsibilities and obligations differ from those of a professional athlete. However, if you want to improve, to maximize your skills and abilities, utilize your “off-seasons”  the same way a professional does. Summer is the largest window of opportunity for you to make significant gains in velocity, strength, movement quality, mechanics and more. 
PITCHERS

THROW HARDER
Velocity is king in today’s game; doesn’t matter which level. How much different would you be as a pitcher if you could throw 5-10 mph harder? Take advantage of your off-seasons and make some gains and earn more opportunities.

SHARPEN YOUR ARSENAL
Increase the spin and or movement on your pitches or develop a new pitch. Velocity isn’t the only that makes a pitcher effective. Understand how to manipulate the baseball to your desired effect. Learn techniques and methods with
immediate impact on your arsenal that you can continue to sharpen during the season. Discover how to be a more dominate pitcher in a single session.

GET STRONGER & MORE MOBILE
Maintain your velocity and arm health deeper into games and throughout the season. Stronger athletes that move athletically perform better and put less stress on their bodies resulting in more efficient recovery and the ability to be ready for the next game or outing.

POSITION PLAYERS

HIT HARDER & MORE CONSISTENTLY
Similar to throwing, the harder you hit the ball the greater chance for success. This summer, train to increase your exit velocity with proven methods and tools. In addition to velocity training, the program will cover barrel accuracy, plate discipline, consistency of contact and approach. You will exit the summer a more dangerous hitter.​

THROW  HARDER & SHARPEN YOUR FIELDING SKILLS
​Set yourself apart with your defensive skill set as well as your bat. Training will include  velocity development along with fielding work. You will get more reps on the field than you ever have. Wherever your current skill set is, this program will take it up a notch.

GET STRONGER & MORE MOBILE
​Stronger athletes that move athletically perform better and recover faster. Stay energized for a double header and be ready to go again the next day. Improving your movement capabilities will also keep you off the injury list and in the lineup. Getting stronger and/or more mobile should make you faster as well.
